The GP Racing program would like to help you to grow and expand your company. We plan to work with local schools and colleges that train future workers in the world of trades. Our goal is to connect these students with career opportunities. We are confident we can bring in new talent and workers to help grow and expand your business.

The GP Racing team will act as a recruiter for your business to scout and present career opportunities to students in training. We can assist you in writing offers to present to students. We will also give you student performance reports during the training program. The reports will help you in your hunt for qualified and hard-working candidates. As an added leisure activity for you, we will host all-inclusive outings two times a year for those directly associated with our program.

The GP Racing team is committed to promoting careers in trades and racing. We are expanding our program into Gridlife’s Track Battle series with our soon-to-be-built 2009 BMW 128i, which will have many modifications, such as KW’s V3 Clubsport suspension and the newly developed ITB system by BAV Auto Parts. 

The schools we plan to work with will participate in the fabrication and building process of our BMW race car. This means we will be working directly with the students we want to help develop into your future employees.

To fully benefit from our program, we ask for a buy-in of $15,000 for an entire year. In short terms, you will get a recruiter and career scout for an hourly wage of $7.21. We also offer more entry level programs listed under “Package Plans”.
